ConstruX Developments is the property development division of ConstruX. It builds and sells energy class A homes on land it owns in Stroumbi, Paphos District, in the Republic of Cyprus. Two projects are in progress. Prices start at EUR 300,000 excluding VAT, turnkey in about 6 months.

This is the part of ConstruX that develops property. The renovation and contracting side is a separate business and is reached from the footer.

The basics

What ConstruX Developments Is

This section of the site is about houses ConstruX designs, builds and sells on its own land. It is not the renovation and contracting business. If you already own a property in Cyprus and want work done to it, that side is reached from the footer.

ConstruX Developments is the property development division of ConstruX. It buys land in Paphos District, obtains the planning consent, builds the houses and sells them directly. There is no agency in the middle, and the contract you sign is with ConstruX Developments.

Every house is built on a light gauge steel frame filled with a monolithic mineral foam geopolymer core. That system is supplied by Lightsteel Living Ltd, a separate company. ConstruX did not invent it and does not manufacture it. What ConstruX does is develop the site, hold the permit and build the house.

About ConstruX Developments

Is ConstruX a developer or a contractor?
Both, and they are run as separate parts of the business. ConstruX Developments builds and sells houses on land it owns. The contracting side does renovation and building work for people who already own property in Cyprus. This section of the site covers the development side only.
Where do you build?
Paphos District, in the Republic of Cyprus. Both current projects are in the village of Stroumbi, about 15 minutes from Paphos city and its airport.
Is this the Greek side of Cyprus?
Yes. Paphos District is in the Republic of Cyprus, an EU member state, and title passes through the Cyprus Land Registry. These are not Northern Cyprus properties.
Who actually builds the houses?
ConstruX Developments. The light gauge steel frame and mineral foam geopolymer building system is supplied by Lightsteel Living Ltd, a separate company. Your purchase contract is with ConstruX Developments.
Can I buy off plan?
Yes. Both projects are sold off plan, which is how the price is fixed before construction starts. Ask for the specification and the payment schedule before you reserve anything.
How many projects do you have?
Two, both in Stroumbi. We would rather list two real projects than pad the page.
