Alterations that change the building's structure or footprint need an Alteration Permit filed through the HIPPODAMOS portal. When permits are needed, we handle the paperwork and bring in ETEK-registered architects to stamp the drawings. Don't skip this step. Unauthorised structural changes can lead to fines, potential demolition orders, and they'll block any future title-deed transfer.
